Step 1 - You apply
If you’re interested in hiring a moped or scooter from us then step 1 is to fill in an application form online. There’s no paper forms, no emails, no fuss.
Step 2 - We get in touch
Once you’ve submitted your application you'll receive an email so we can check your licence status, it's a simple process using a government website. Don't worry if you have points, we’ll still process your application and talk to our insurers. As soon as we get this back from you we can move to Step 3.
Step 3 - Vetting
We’ll be in touch to discuss your application with you. We don’t do credit checks but we are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority so we need to make sure you’re comfortable with the affordability. We’ll then send you our terms & conditions to sign electronically and a form to setup your direct debit.
Step 4 - Delivery / collection
If you’ve already got a CBT then we can book you for a delivery or you can come to us and collect the bike. Otherwise, once you pass your CBT, we can then set you up on your bike. Don’t forget, we can help spread the costs of your CBT.
